Q1: What is MyLand Earth on www.myland.earth and how it will help me?
A1: MyLand Earth is the World's First 3D Virtual Earth on Web3 Blockchain with a community of digital artists, investors, business owners, consultants, gamers and developers. It empowers regular online users and businesses to cost-effectively establish their web3 presence with MyLand Platform library of 3D templates and the platform SDK. Each virtual space built by members can be matched precisely to a location in the digital 3D world map on MyLand.Earth Platform.
Q2: What unit do you use to measure the land purchased on Myland Platform?
A2: Myland.Earth uses âÂÂLand Lotâ and âÂÂLand Parcelâ for land purchasing measurements. Each Lot represents a 10x10 meter space in the real world. A parcel normally means the final land space you have purchased containing multiple land lots. We also use âÂÂLand Tileâ to represent the 10x10 meter land space for virtual space development in special land projects such as building a Tiger sanctuary or developing web3 games to match the âÂÂTile-mapsâ in gaming development plans. We will see more tile-maps once our game platform is finally developed when more gamer partners participate in MYLAND EARTH™. Currently, the property structure boundaries are determined by streetview map integrated on the Myland Platform.
Q3. How to Buy Land NFTs or Play MyLand Treasure Hunt Game to Earn MMVR Utility Tokens to Convert Land NFTs Free of Charge?
A3: There are two options to build your land NFT collection on MyLand Platform. Option One is to buy with a acredit card or crypto. Option Two is to play MyLand Hunt2Earn Treasure Hunt Game to earn MMVR utility tokens then convert the tokens to own your preferred land NFTs (provided they're still available on MyLand Digital Earth Map. Here're the steps for both Options to start building your virtual land NFT collection on MyLand Earth:
Option One - Buy Land NFTs with a Credit Card or Crypto Currency:
First, sign up on www.myland.earth as a member (membership is free) with an email account. Click on the âÂÂMylandâ link on the top of the homepage and enter the search map. Enter the name or address of the place that you're interested in the search box on the top right. The system will show a list of possible destinations. Choose one of the options to go to that location on the map. On the lower right corner of the search map, there are options for different views of the location for which you have searched. You can also enter the latitude and longitude separated by a comma (the geo-coordinates) to locate the land property on the search map. Next, you can select your land tile. If you cannot select a parcel of land, zoom in on the map by scrolling the mouse or using the zoom-in bar at the right bottom corner. Now Left-Click on a Land tile in the map. Move the cursor to cover the area in which you are interested. Click the mouse again to finish the land selection. There will be a panel that pops up on the left to show the detailed information about the land location you have selected. You can buy 1 tile, or multiple tiles to form a land parcel to purchase. The maximum number of tiles to buy at once is 1,000. Click on âÂÂBuy Nowâ button to launch the purchase window once you made your final selection.

Q4: What is the minimum land space one can purchase and how much is it?
A4: The minimum purchase on the MyLand Platform is one land tile, which is the standard and smallest unit on MyLand Platform. Each land tile represents a 10-meter x 10-meter land space in the real world. The current average land price on MyLand Platform is about $1 per land tile.
Q5: How can I pay for Myland NFTs?
A5: MYLAND EARTH™ platform intends to allow more people to experience and benefit from the advanced technology of Blockchain. So we go in depth to develop financial integration between the crypto world and the traditional financial systems. Although the purchased land NFTs are ledgered on Polygon Blockchain, people can buy land NFTs with Ether tokens on Ethereum network (Correct, you do not need to move Ether from Ethereum network to Polygon network and bare heavy gas fee), MATIC tokens on Polygon network, all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover & Diners, UnionPay, etc), and WeChat Pay. You can simply connect to your MetaMask wallet and use cryptocurrency. Myland Platform accepts ETH and MATIC. For members who do not have crypto wallet ready, you can use credit card or WeChat Pay. For credit card payment, all major cards are accepted and transactions can be processed from 130 countries around the world, including Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards etc. Note, due to the compliance regulations, currently for the secondary sales, user can only use crypto currency. Users can use all payment options on the first transaction of each land lot on Myland Platform.
Q6: Is the land NFT minted on Blockchain if buying with non-crypto currency?
A6: Yes, all land NFTs are recorded on Polygon Blockchain for proof of ownership no matter what payment method you use to purchase.
Q7: How do I know that the land property I purchased on Myland.Earth is unique?
A7: All land properties sold on Myland Platform are non-fungible tokens, or NFTs. Myland NFTs give you the exact location based on the geo-coded land lots you have searched and selected to purchase. Myland.Earth uses the Polygon Blockchain Protocol. With Polygon you can easily create, mint non-fungible tokens or NFTs. Each land NFT is unique and recorded on Blockchain, Myland.Earth Platform searches through the geographic data as metadata to the Blockchain for each selected land parcel. The metadata is the same digital database underpinning the cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum token. No two NFTs are the same.
Q8: Do you have refund policy?
A8: Yes to the #1 and no refund to the #2 below: 1) The land NFT purchased directly from Myland.Earth Platform (not purchased from another user), is covered by a 3-day refund policy when the purchase amount exceeds $25.00. The Blockchain Gas Fee and the NFT Burn Fee will be deducted from the refund, provided that the purchased land NFT item is not bought from another user. 2) The Land NFT purchased from another user is not refundable. When a user makes payment for the items directly to another user, the payment made between one user to another user is final and non-refundable.
Q9: Does Myland Platform allow digital artwork to be uploaded or implemented to the virtual land I'll be buying?
A9: Yes. However in the initial launch, this feature will not be included. We will include the image content building feature in the future releases.
